Desert Woodcrafters Association (DWA)

The nesting box program is a Tucson Audubon Society initiative designed to learn more about Lucy’s Warbler nesting needs as well as study how effective different nest box designs can be for these charismatic warblers. Participants make a standard F30 nesting box or a triangular nesting box and place the box according to the Audubon's instructions. The nesting box is then placed according to the Audubon Societies instructions and its placement registered with the Audubon Society.
